An easy way to move around the site is by using the site map. "News Briefs" offers snippets of what's happening right now in the industry. The "Links Database" offers several hot links to organizations across various industries which are participating in "quality" activities. Not all information is free: some in-depth information requires a paid subscription for access. Nevertheless, there is still a substantial number of useful reports, articles and training tips free for the casual site visitor. Case studies documenting the experience of other organizations provide a useful point of reference for the implementation of ISO 14000 into your organization. Again, though, many of these case studies are only available to subscribers. This Web site is a useful guide for the implementation of ISO 14000 into small and medium-sized companies. Encourages user interactivity through its posting of several discussion groups, and a free online newsletter is available upon registration. Has an abundance of links to various categories or related quality sites on such topics as benchmarking, certification, re-engineering and TQM. Simple to move around, with everything at your fingertips, shopping for quality has never been easier.

Doesn't waste time on fancy graphics, preferring to concentrate efforts on helping visitors navigate to information quickly. Full-text HTML articles get to the core of the quest for innovation and detailed case studies provide valuable insight into putting theory into practice. Book reviews are a useful addition to the reference list and signpost a path through a wealth of information published in the field of quality practice and innovation. Although there are different business imperatives between the public and private sectors, forms an excellent resource for managers in either camp.
