EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. has announced the release of the new EXFO Lite Ultraviolet/Visible Spot Curing System.
The new EXFO Lite, which is ideal for use in manual precision assembly environments, has a new iris adjustment feature to allow user selectable intensity levels. The system has a small footprint and long lamp life, saving both bench space and operating costs. User changeable optical filters allow the unit's broad spectral output to be tailored to specific applications while protecting heat sensitive substrates. The filter changes are made externally without having to turn the unit off.
The EXFO Lite delivers power with control. Output intensity and exposure times can be set from the user-friendly front panel. The new 9-pin I/O port allows the user to control the unit externally. Internal control systems maintain optimum operating conditions to insure reliable, repeatable cures.
