Wyeth Laboratories is sponsoring a team of these specialists to provide education and support services to health care professionals. The service will be provided free of charge and a wide range of education and support services are on offer, all of which can be tailored to meet individual needs. Education programmes are available for both GPs and practice nurses and can be organised on a group or one-to-one basis. The Wyeth menopause nurse specialists can also provide training and support for practices which may wish to set up their own menopause clinics or run patient education programmes.
