A study day for both state registered dietitians and their assistants was held. A format of an exhibition was used. Over 50 stands could be viewed throughout the day.

The stands were from departments illustrating items of good practice, research and literature produced. All stands were manned by members of the department and enabled in depth discussions to be made.

Commercial stands were also present and included ones from companies producing all types of products relevant to state registered dietitians including baby milks, gluten free products and software.
