Closure of NHS Estates
The Department of Health (DH) undertook a review of its needs going forward and it was decided that NHS Estates should be abolished although a number of technical staff will be retained in DH as a new branch called Estates & Facilities. Our trading arm Inventures has been disposed of and many other changes have taken place with colleagues moving to different parts of Government or into the NHS.
NHS Estates is now closed.
