It provided an international perspective on food with pavilions from countries including Japan, USA, Germany, Austria, Canada, Thailand, Tunisia, Jamaica and Italy. British producers were represented by umbrella stands from East Midlands Fine Foods, Heart of England Fine Foods, Northumbria Larder, North West Fine Foods, Scottish Development International, South West England, Taste of the West, Taste of Anglia, the Welsh Development Agency and Yorkshire and Humber Regional Food Group.
The exhibition was of great interest to anyone interested in Food, drink and nutrition.
