This is a very popular event with the general public and health practitioners.
It is held each year in April with tickets available before the event.
Various food and drink producers, publishers, vitamin and supplement manufacturers and slimming agents had stands. The stands all provided opportunities for information as well as samples.
Throughout each day there were various presentations on all types of aspects of nutrition and health from various experts in the field including TV personalities and authors of books.
This provided opportunities for the general public to ask questions from experts and receive specific advice.
