Fine food forumA compelling live demonstration theatre, which offered culinary inspiration and sourcing tips from industry experts and Michelin-starred chefs.

Small business forumExperts speakers and case studies gave an insight into how you can increase sales, exposure and effectiveness of marketing activity, at the Small Business Forum.

Great taste awardsVisitors had the chance to be one of the first to discover the elite products that had been awarded a Gold Great Taste Award, unveiled at the fair.

Scottish fine food fayreA brand new Speciality Cafe was serving delicious Scottish specialities on all three days of the fair, where you could enjoy a fantastic lunch or snack and take a break.

New product launchesThere were many new artisan and bespoke products launched at the fair.
