Nestlé scientists will take part in an exciting new research programme that brings together some of the world's leading experts in physical performance and sports nutrition. In collaboration with experts from the RMIT University (The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia), McMaster University (Canada) and the Australian Institute of Sport, scientists from the Nestlé Research Center will investigate the combined effects of nutrition and exercise on the quality and quantity of muscle mass in young and older adults
