The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) Spring Conference, Conference Dinner and IFST AGM were held in Edinburgh together with a joint symposium. Thanks are due to the Scottish Branch for organising such a successful group of events, details of which are included in an issue of Keynote. Matters linked to the AGM, a brief report on IFST finances and the recent election of three vice presidents are also highlighted.
