Barry Chisnall has been appointed to the newly created position of general manager Resins Businesses for BIP Limited, a major manufacturer in both the resins and plastics markets. This places responsibility for the three businesses of Coating Resins, Paper & Textile Resins and Composites in the hands of one person.
General manager of BIP's Composites Business for the past four years, Barry Chisnall was previously marketing manager, responsible for world sales and marketing of the company's coating, composites, paper and textile resins between 1989 and 1993.
Alex Toso, formerly general manager Coating Resins Business, has been appointed Group corporate development manager to lead strategic initiatives relating to company development; he responds directly to chief executive Keith Sansom.
