A new research resister was launched in April which aims to gather details of worldwide current research in the pigment, resin, coating and related fields. The register is available free of charge to all subscribers to this journal, selected professional bodies and to any researcher who has the details of their work accepted for inclusion in the register. It is hoped that over time, the database will provide an invaluable tool for all these in academia and industry with an interest in the latest technological developments in the field.
