Spies Hecker automotive refinishes is proud of its Training System and has produced a brochure to highlight the courses available at its Training Centre. This £1m state-of-the-art training facility, which opened its doors to delegates last November, is located at Spies Hecker's UK headquarters in Chadwell Heath, Essex and is one of 60 Spies Hecker Training Centres located around the world.

The Centre offers training facilities to all connected with the refinish industry. These include a conference suite which is air conditioned to ensure the best learning environment; a colouristic training area featuring Spies Hecker's Color Dialog spectrophotometer; and two full sized vehicle spraybooths ­ one able to replicate conditions found in most spraybooths in the UK.

Spies Hecker's new colour brochure contains details on refinish and business improvement training packages, a calendar of courses and an enrolment form. Courses are not restricted to those just for refinishers and technicians, there are also options for bodyshop managers and supervisors, estimators, and customer services staff as well as distributor sales and technical personnel.

Spies Heckers' inform us that top flight trainers combine hands-on experience with professional expertise using an approach which is both participative and friendly. Delegates are familiarised with bodyshop technology and practices, an important factor as today's refinishers are expected to become increasingly high tech.
