Kemira Coatings introduces a high-solids two-component polyurethane topcoat which reportedly achieves a high-performance finish with processing speed and energy saving benefits.
Temadur HS is the outcome of ongoing product improvement by one of Europe's leading suppliers of compliant finishes for industrial and heavy-duty application. It has been developed to meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act PG 6/23, with a claimed VOC content less than 420gm per litre.
Temadur HS replaces previous Kemira compliant and non-compliant products for the ACE market with enhanced gloss and distinction of image.
According to Kemira energy costs can be cut by stoving Temadur HS at a lower temperature, typically 70°C for 30 minutes as opposed to 85 to 90°C for previous products. Easy to apply using conventional equipment, Temadur HS is also faster drying, allowing finished panels to be processed immediately following force drying.
Temadur HS is available in all BS4800 and RAL colours as standard. Kemira Coatings will also customise Temadur HS for specific applications.
