In response to requests for more practically-oriented training in colour quality control, X-Rite Ltd has opened a new, state-of-the-art, training centre at its Poynton headquarters.
The courses, run up to December 1999, have been structured to cover all levels of need from a designer or colour specifier who only needs an introduction to the principles of colour and colour control, to the experienced user who wants to get the best out of his/her system.
The emphasis will be very much on practical application and clients are encouraged to bring along their colour quality problems to be tackled as part of the training.
There may be companies which, for a variety of reasons, find it difficult to send personnel away for one or two days. X-Rite is ready and able to organise courses to suit customer requirements in their own company. X-rite suggest that these companies should contact the training manager, Keith Parrott, to discuss their requirements.
