Professionals in the built environment industries are being asked to help with research into the incidence of, and risk options for, latent defects in construction projects. The project aims to help develop combined technical and commercial approaches to the management of risk associated with latent defects. In order to obtain the accurate, in-depth and up-to-date information needed for this, a questionnaire has been prepared for circulation as widely as possible.
