ProFlow DirEKt Imaging continues to evolve with a series of standard enhancements on new machines that can be retrofitted to existing models.

The debut of rugged, wear resistant wiper blades and compliant "skis" further enhance the retention of paste against the stencil. The new blades use photoetched stainless steel edges to reduce the likelihood of "scooping" during imaging and extend blade life. In addition to being stronger and more resilient, they are also less sensitive to longitudinal levelling after installation.

The improvements to the skis the precision end-stops between the wipers on the underside of the ProFlow head stem from the use of an innovative closed-cell silicon rubber material with a vulcanised PTFE surface.

Inside the ProFlow transfer head, a new strengthened stainless steel grid resists deformation under high transfer pressures. Finally, to improve the seal between the paste cassette and the conditioning chamber, an "O-ring" is now included in the grid design.
