The DEK Group of Companies and Photo Stencil announce the formation of a strategic alliance to supply stencil service and technology to manufacturers worldwide. The alliance will serve as a single global resource, making it easier for manufacturers to purchase stencils on a worldwide basis.

Under the terms of the alliance, DEK will provide service to all customers with European manufacturing facilities, working from its current locations in the UK, Germany, France and a new planned location in The Netherlands. Additional DEK stencil facilities are planned for Europe.

Photo Stencil will provide expanded service in Asia and throughout North and South America. Facilities were opened in Guadalajara, Mexico, in September 1999, and in North Carolina in November 1999, with additional future sites to be announced.
