Tamura Kaken Japan, a subsidiary of Tamura Corporation, has announced its Solder Paste NC 7 is the first solder paste in the world to successfully complete Telcordia Technologies, Inc (formerly Bellcore) Certification Assessment for Solder Mask, Conformal Coating, and Repair Polymer Certification (Certificate Number 990301).
"The Telcordia Certified Excellence mark is reserved for products, such as Tamura Kaken's Solder Paste NC 7, that not only have successfully undergone testing and analysis based on Telcordia stringent requirements, but that are manufactured by companies committed to continued conformance", stated Franµoise Sandroff, director, Technology and Reliability Group, Telcordia.
The assessment was performed on Tamura Kaken's Solder Paste NC 7 manufactured at Tamura Kaken's facilities in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, PR of China, the UK, Singapore, and Malaysia.
