Robin B. DiPietro is an Associate Professor at the University of South Carolina in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management program. She is the Director of the International Institute of Foodservice Business Research and Education. Prior to her appointment here, she has worked at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, at the University of Central Florida. She has 20 years of experience with chain restaurants in the operations, human resources, and training areas. She has published over 30 refereed articles and four book chapters. She has research interests in multi-unit chain restaurant operations and human resources issues inherent in restaurant operations.

Youcheng “Raymond” Wang is an Associate Professor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. His research interest focuses on hospitality marketing, destination marketing, customer relationship management, destination image and branding, information search behavior, collaborative strategies, and technology management. He is the author of several books and numerous refereed papers in academic journals and proceedings of international conferences. He is also on the Editorial Board of eight international journals. He has consulting experience in the areas of destination marketing, technology, and e-commerce strategies for hospitality and tourism organizations, collaborative strategies for regional destination marketing and management.
