hfx Ltd, a leading UK supplier of flexible working hours, time and attendance and access control systems, is on course to continue its double-digit growth following the signing of a partnership agreement with InVision Software, the Germany-based company which is a key player in workforce management systems. hfx sales consultants have all been through a rigorous training programme and are SPS (staff planning system) certified. hfx is now able to offer integrated time and attendance monitoring and control together with workforce management. This is even more important when organisations have to comply with the complex rules and regulations embodied in the Working Time Directive.

SPS includes four main areas of functionality:

  1. 1.

ForecastPro collects and consolidates historical data and uses that data to make predictions for the future.

  2. 2.

Capacitor uses the forecast data to generate or calculate workforce capacity requirements over the short, medium and long term.

  3. 3.

SchedulePro automatically matches shift, schedule and operational requirements with staff work time preferences and restrictions, applying company, group and individual contract rules as well as the working time directive regulations. It also allows you to simulate what-if scenarios.

  4. 4.

TrackMaster closes the lop in real-time environments such as call centres by comparing the plan with what is actually happening, enabling managers to react immediately to changing circumstances.
