Abstract:	Provides a model which can be used to measure user satisfaction of library services and also provides the instrument which could be used to evaluate any government library in Saudi Arabia in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire covers 14 areas of library activities. Some recommendations and considerations are suggested towards the improvement of government library services in Saudi Arabia.
