Abstract:	Purpose – The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of the sources for grants funding available to libraries Design/methodology/approach – The author provides a narrative article. Findings – A number of funding sources – both government and private – exist for academic, special, and public libraries. Originality/value – Practical suggestions on where to look for possible grants funding. Additional reading on grants preparation is also provided.
