| Abstract: | This article profiles Time to Change - England's most ambitious programme of work to tackle the stigma and discrimination that people with mental health problems face. The programme is run by the charities Mind and Rethink, with the Institute of Psychiatry at King's College, London as their evaluation partner. It is funded with £16m from the Big Lottery Fund and £4m from Comic Relief. |
