Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This competition is open to all members of the institution aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. The competition will run from 8th October to 8th November 2012.
4. Entries must be received by 23:59:59 GMT on 8th November 2012.
5. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 30 days of the closing date of the quiz.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the promoter and are not returned.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. All correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. The first correct entry drawn at random will win an iPhone 5.
9. No cash alternative will be given for this prize draw.
10. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
