What subscription options are available?
A subscription to an Emerald resource is available via a single or multi year agreement. There are also multi-site licensing options available, where an organisation/institution would like access to be available in various different locations.

Do you offer training and support after I have taken a subscription?
Emerald prides itself on providing a thorough and inclusive after sales service. Subscribers can benefit from one to one web-ex training sessions with a dedicated product trainer and various support resources and guides on how to get the most out of their subscription.

Can more than one person access the subscription at the same time?
Emerald resources are available as an institutional subscription with unlimited concurrent users and so there is no limit to the amount of users who can access content at the same time.

Will my collection(s) be updated with new journal launches and acquisitions?
All new launches and acquisitions will be included in the relevant subject collection as soon as content is available online. Emerald cannot guarantee that every collection will increase each year; however, we continue to invest in an active acquisition and launch programme.

Will I receive both current and archive article content for the journals in my collection(s)?
Yes. The online format enables you to access all of the articles published in the previous years and gives you perpetual access to all the content published during the years in which your subscription is applicable. A subscription to an Emerald Subject Collection follows the same format as individual journal subscriptions, but because all the content is online you will save on valuable storage space.
