The contents of the articles supplied are copyright works and are supplied to you for your own personal use. You are allowed to download a copy of the article, other than this, you may not copy, store in any electronic medium or otherwise reproduce or resell any of the content, even for internal purposes, except as may be allowed by law.
Articles must be downloaded from our secure server within 30 days of receipt. The article can be accessed only once, so do not click on the link in the email until you are ready to download the document.
Restrictions

Invalid provisions

If such provision cannot achieve the result intended, Emerald may sever the clause from the contract and the remaining terms and conditions will still remain in force.
Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties to this agreement irrevocably agree that all disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
