New title launch: free access in June and July 2011

Emerald is delighted to announce that the Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management (JCHRM) will be available for free in June and July 2011. JCHRM publishes peer-reviewed content on Human Resource Management in Chinese companies in China and overseas, as well as studies on international MNCs operating in China. It caters for the steadily-increasing number of researchers, practitioners and University lecturers focusing on a crucial field: the management of one fifth of the world’s workforce in China and the surrounding regions of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The journal is edited by Dr. Greg Wang, University of Texas at Tyler, USA. Submit to JCHRM.

Forthcoming title change

From the start of the 2010 volume Equal Opportunities International will be known by the new title Equality, Diversity and Inclusion – An International Journal. This new title is more congruent with the journal’s breadth of coverage and will encourage a broader range of papers from across the field of studies allied with equality, diversity and inclusion. Gender in Management: An International Journal (GM) publishes original, critical and scholarly papers that make theoretical and methodological contributions to our understanding of gender-based issues in management. The journal encourages diversity in thinking about gender in management and welcomes papers from all academic disciplines which can contribute to management knowledge about this area. Whilst focusing on management concerns, the journal acknowledges the importance of a broader social context influencing gender in management issues, such as political and legislative decisions, education, economic factors, etc. Papers which examine gender-based management issues in specific industries or sectors are encouraged.
