Conference call for papers from International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management

5-7 December, 2012

From 5-7 December, 2012, the World Business Capability Congress, www.worldbusinesscapabilitycongress.com, will be held in Auckland, New Zealand. The Congress incorporates the 27th New Zealand Organisation for Quality Conference, 7th International Benchmarking Conference, New Zealand Business Excellence Awards and a Best Practice Competition. The theme of the congress is “Driving Excellence> Innovation> Productivity> Export Growth”.
          
The Congress topics are divided into 7 key themes (Developing Business Capability, Leadership, Strategy, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Human Resource Focus, and Process Management). Therefore the Congress would be of interest to all academics/readers of business/management journals/books.
             
The Congress is being organised by the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research, New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation and New Zealand Organisation for Quality with key partners the Asia Network for Quality, Asia Pacific Quality Organization,  Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development, BPIR.com Limited, Economic Development Agencies New Zealand,  Global Benchmarking Network,  Institute of Management Consultants New Zealand, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Science and Innovation,  and New Zealand Institute of Management.
