Editorial objectives

Published quarterly, International Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis provides an international forum for the interchange of information and ideas relating to housing, housing markets and the interaction thereof.  International Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis aims to provide an holistic view of housing through its coverage of varied and diverse aspects of the housing industry including, amongst others, finance, demography, valuation and planning.

Editorial criteria

Articles which detail practice and methodology in international housing markets (including Europe,USA, Asia, Australia, Africa and other countries) will be actively encouraged. The journal will publish:

• Peer-reviewed papers illustrating the latest research, trends and developments in the housing field
• Case studies detailing examples of best practice, and solutions to everyday problems
• Law reports assessing and discussing new legislation
