• act as a vehicle to publish/promote the work of the Fellows of the World Academy of Productivity Science
• inform the work of the confederation as to emerging development in the field, helping shape new research activity and application thought.
We take particular pride in the excellence of the papers published and the breadth and scope of coverage. This journal is the most comprehensive source of current and emerging thought in the fields of productivity and performance management and believe this is reflected in the growing number of citations”.
