The International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy is genuinely global in its reach and scope, providing an interdisciplinary forum for research and debate in sociology and social policy, with a focus on topics related to economic and management issues (e.g., corporate social responsibility, business ethics, work organisation, entrepreneurship).
We are keen to publish articles on the burning issues in sociological research centred on the study of the economy, family and work, including articles on the informal economy and unpaid work.
The journal publishes peer-reviewed, academic articles in all areas of sociology and social policy, but predominantly with an international and/or comparative relevance.
The journal also publishes special themed issues under the guidance of a guest editor.
The journal reflects current thought and practice, presenting comprehensive coverage of issues of international importance, in a lively and informative way.
