The key focus will be on conceptual innovation and practical application to enhance the field of management development thinking, practice, and research. The main objective of the journal is to provide an international communication medium for all those working in the management development field whether from industry, consulting or academic institutions. Contributions will therefore be welcomed from practitioners, academics and professionals working in private, public and non-profit organizations.
Articles should be of a conceptual/theoretical nature that includes practical application, based on practical experience/research, report a case study situation, or any combination thereof. The prime requirement for acceptance of an article will be that it:
