The Journal of Property Investment & Finance is an international forum for the interchange of information and ideas relating to property valuation and investment, property management and decision making in the commercial property market. The aim is to inform and encourage debate internationally between academics and practising professionals in all aspects of real estate research and practice.

Recent changes in the property market has already forced major rethinking within the industry. Practitioners are under great pressure to improve professional education and policing standards, and separate transaction and advisory business, to prevent property advice falling outside the mandate of chartered surveyors into less well regulated hands. The journal tackles central issues such as this to keep industry practitioners informed on current thinking and developments.
The journal is published under the guidance of an expert international board and presents fully refereed papers on practice and methodology in the field. It is widely regarded as essential reading for industry practitioners, with its authoritative content and internationally respected contributors.
