Editorial objectives

The journal aims to provide economists with research findings and commentary on international developments in economics. It is the intention to maintain a sound balance between economic theory and application at both the micro and the macro levels. Studies in Economics and Finance should provide a valuable forum for publication of original theoretical and empirical research in economics and finance. The journal is committed to the dissemination of research findings to as wide an audience as possible and offers a unique opportunity for researchers to keep abreast of issues on economics and finance.

Editorial criteria

Articles on economic issues between individual nations, emerging and evolving trading blocs would be particularly welcomed. SEF also seeks to publish review papers within the journal coverage. Contributors are encouraged to spell out the practical implications of their work for economists in government and industry. The Editor is dedicated to publishing high quality manuscripts strives to establish a balance between theoretical and empirical studies. Prompt and constructive reviews will be provided to paper submitters.
