Dr Sangbok Ree is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Seokyeong University, Seoul Korea. From 2006 to present he has been the Director of Korea Society Quality Management. His research areas include: Six sigma, Taguchi Method , Design of Experiments, Organization Assessment.

Dr. Jens J. Dahlgaard is professor of Division of Quality Technology and Management, Linköping University, Sweden. He has received several awards among others the Chinese Friendship Award (1998) for his contribution to education and research in China, and the Lancaster Award by ASQ (2005). He has published 15 books and over 100 research articles. Dr. Dahlgaard is one of the founders and chairman of the yearly QMOD conferences (Quality Management and Organisational Development).

Dr Sung-Ho Chang is Assistant Professor at Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Korea. From 2002 he has frequently performed consultancy work for L.G.-Philips.

Dr Takeshi Nakajo received B. S., M. S., and Ph. D degrees in Reaction Chemistry from University of Tokyo in 1979, 1981 and 1986 respectively. He has been a Professor since 1996 in Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Chuo University. His special field is human aspect of quality, especially prevention of human errors and small group activities. Dr. Nakajo is a member of the Deming Prize Committee and the Japanese Society for Quality Control.

Dr. Muhammad Usman Awan is an Assistant Professor in the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. He worked as a Quality Management Officer for 5 years in a pharmaceutical company and joined University in 2006. He is Pakistan’s first Ph.D. degree holder in TQM. His research interests are TQM, customer satisfaction and service quality. He won the prestigious HEC best research paper of the year award in 2009.
