Coatings update: high temperature‐resistant and insulation coatings

Abstract

High temperature coating research is carried out largely by companies who are interested in developing high temperature‐resistant resins, frequently for reasons other than coatings. The market for such coatings is, of course, small, but when they are truly needed, the role they play is an extremely important one.
