But it has its uses

One of the buildings back at the ranch is “listed”. This means that it is of particular architectural importance and there are severe restrictions on what we can do the outside – and the inside – of the building. This makes the running of network cables difficult – since they tend to be intrusive, or require “containment” systems to hide them. Both options are unacceptable to the authorities. But here comes the cavalry – in the form of wireless networking. This enables us to provide networking with an absolute minimum of disruption and disturbance to the fabric of the building.
