Getting into trim
Following the success of a small-scale pilot scheme, Devon County Council has ordered an electronic document and records management solution from TOWER Software. The TRIM Context system will initially be rolled out to 70 users across four of the authority’s directorates: resources; environmental services; education, arts and libraries; and social services. Over the next 12 months, TRIM Context will undergo further testing, including integration with the authority’s line-of-business applications and Web content management applications.
