Children's food: challenges and opportunities, seminar at CCFRA on 15 November 2007
This seminar covered some very topical areas for all those involved in designing and marketing food products for children. This included research into children's food choices, developing children's food, fortification of children's food products, how a child's environment affects what they eat, as well as healthy school vending and an update on legislation for children's food.
