The use of case histories is an excellent way of applying nutritional science to practical situations.
There are comprehensive scenarios about individuals and study questions posed about them. There are answers in the back of the book.
There is an excellent and easy to use appendix.
For both students and practitioners this is a thought provoking and stimulating way of assessing and improving practice.
I see that this should be in all dietetic departments and may be a basis for discussion and updating practice as well as all student libraries in colleges.
