Nissei Sangyo Co. Ltd and HISCO announces the formation of a new company, dedicated to the service and maintenance of the complete range of Hitachi Electron Microscopes. The new company, Hitachi Instruments Service Company (HISCO Europe), will have its headquarters in Germany with a UK office operating from the existing location in Wokingham, Berkshire, UK.
The philosophy behind this new company is to provide EM customers with more than just an instrument maintenance and repair capability. All existing EM contracts with Nissei Sangyo/ Hitachi Scientific Instruments will be seamlessly transferred to HISCO Europe and customers will be encouraged to review their current service arrangements and discuss a package that will suit their exact requirements. Service Engineers currently with Hitachi will continue their roles within the new organisation.
