Lanxess sells shares in Quimidroga Plasticos
Last week, Lanxess Holding Hispania S.L. sold its 40 percent share in Quimidroga Plasticos S.A., a joint venture with the Spanish company, Quimidroga S.A. Quimidroga Plasticos distributes plastics, rubbers and chemicals, most of which are manufactured by Lanxess. The buyer is joint venture partner Quimidroga S.A., previously holder of 60 percent of the shares.
Business relations between some Lanxess business units as well as Lustran Polymers and Quimidroga Plasticos will continue on account of different distribution agreements for Spain and Portugal.
