Abstract

Advances the idea that many companies are trying not to hire permanent employees, but instead are hiring temporary workers to reduce costs. By having temporary workers, however, new risks are assumed in terms of facility management. Analyses employee leasing, contracting, temporary agencies, consultants and professional services, and explains the need to hold harmless agreements for vendors and workers.
