Abstract

Vocal presentation can improve communication and in this men and women are seen to have different problems. Deals with roles/relationships, male/female behaviour traits, and processes of problem solving. Helps to break down the classical male view of women in business by furthering the harmonious co‐operation of the sexes and team growth, overcoming prejudices and accentuating the positive traits in men and women working together in the business community.
