Abstract

Outlines the particular interest of Leeds Metropolitan University, in mentoring for students and young professionals. Based on a project by LMU, and sponsored by the Department of Employment, seeks to further the debate about how effective mentoring relationships can be established within the context of work‐based learning, paying particular attention to the issue of training mentors.
