Abstract

Defines discrimination and sexual harassment before detailing the steps one should take when handling a complaint. Considers the choice of investigator, planning and investigating the complaint, data collection, interviewing and closure of the investigation. Summarises the route to be followed and stresses that all claims must be treated seriously.
