Planned preventive maintenance and the maintenance contractor
Abstract
Considers the need for a close working relationship between maintenance contractor and property manager. Discusses asset lists, comprehensive contracts, PPM schedules, and expert advice. Concludes that today′s maintenance contractors can offer cost‐effective solutions to save running costs, retain the building′s value, and promote a more productive workplace.
