Do you REALLY know what the competition is doing?
Abstract
Champions companies finding out what their opposition is doing through competitive intelligence departments, or a third‐party professional. Believes that if a company identifies, maps and analyses the opposition it will have a greater chance of success, which will then allow a plan to be formulated to give constant understanding and mapping of competitor movements.
