Learning and changing
Abstract
In an era of constant change, discusses the social, national and local factors affecting higher education in the UK, and the University of Paisley in particular, in relation to the development of the university’s library, learning resources and information services towards the end of the century. Indicates the implications of the Follett Report, and gives specific attention to students, learning methods, staff, publishing, IT and premises.
